Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and offboarding process also.
• Handle leave management and attendance tracking.
• Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure employee data is protected and kept confidential.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and office culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience in HR or administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with HR software is a plus.
