Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable compliance solutions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contributing to company growth
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, MBA preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Quick learner with a proactive approach

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or consultancy
- Knowledge of compliance/certification services
- Familiarity with CRM tools
