How to prepare for your interview

1.Apply for the Job
  • Our application process is straightforward. Visit our portal, find the job that suits you, fill out the form, and upload your resume.
2.Intial Contact
  • If your profile aligns with our requirements, you will have one or two brief conversations over the phone or video. These initial interactions will typically be with a recruiter who will guide you through the hiring process. The recruiter will also introduce you to relevant KMA GLOBAL representatives involved in the later stages.
3.Interview Rounds
The interview process consists of three rounds:
a) Technical Round 1 – Assessment of the candidate's skill set based on the role.
b) Technical Round 2 – In-depth evaluation of the candidate’s technical expertise.
c) Managerial Round – Assessment of behavior, attitude, and overall fit with the organization.
4.Candidate Evaluation
  • Comprehensive evaluation is conducted based on the interview performance.
5.Reference Check
  • At the final stage, we will request references and reach out to them for verification.

6.Offer

  • If you are selected and decide to join us, you will receive a formal offer, including the position details and benefits package.
