Learning Outcomes of the ISO 9001 Awareness & Audit Programme
Throughout the sessions, attendees were introduced to the core principles of ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, including risk-based thinking, process approach, documentation requirements, and the role of leadership in driving quality initiatives. The training also emphasised the importance of internal audits as a tool for continual improvement. Participants gained hands-on understanding of audit planning, conducting audits objectively, recording observations, and identifying areas for corrective actions.
The interactive format encouraged discussions on real operational challenges and helped participants connect ISO 9001 requirements with their day-to-day work. By the end of the programme, attendees were better equipped to support their organisations in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing a robust Quality Management System.
This engagement reflects KMA Global’s ongoing commitment to promoting management system excellence and empowering institutions like NEERI with the knowledge needed to strengthen quality and compliance practices.
