A comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor Training was successfully conducted at NHSRC, NIHFW Campus, Munirka, New Delhi, from 04–08 August 2025. The program was organized on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), reinforcing BIS’s commitment to promoting excellence in management system standards across organizations.
The training was led by two distinguished experts from our leadership team: Mr. Ajay Kumar Bhatnagar, our CMD and Former Senior Director at BIS, and Mr. Mahim Jain, our CEO and Former Deputy Director General at BIS. With decades of experience and deep expertise in BIS standards, both faculty members brought unmatched insights and practical knowledge to the sessions.
This intensive five-day program was designed to equip participants with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing principles, and best practices for implementing and maintaining a robust QMS. Attendees gained hands-on exposure to audit planning, execution, and reporting, enabling them to confidently perform internal and external audits in line with international standards.
By the end of the training, participants not only enhanced their technical competence but also developed a strategic perspective on quality management, ensuring they can drive continual improvement within their organizations. The program reaffirmed the critical role of trained auditors in fostering compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
