BIS Audit IMS Stage2 Palya Footwear Haryana


On the basis of outcomes of previously conducted Combined Stage I Audit for Integrated Management System as per IS/ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018, the Stage II audit is conducted of three man-days at Palya Footwear Private Limited, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, on 20-22 March 2025.  

The primary objective of the Combined Stage II Audit is to determine the actual implementation of IMS as per the prepared documents and its continual improvement within the company.  

During this audit, the IMS Manual, Policies, Procedures and Processes are actually implemented effectively in daily operations. Risk mitigation as per IS/ISO 9001:2015, aspect impact as per IS/ISO 14001:2015, hazard identified and risk analysis as per IS/ISO 45001:2018 is conducted on a regular basis and maintaining the records as well. Evidence of training, previous internal audit, management review and corrective actions is also maintained in the company.  

Palya Footwear Private Limited is addressing the non-conformities raised during the audit and corrective actions and preventive actions are being carried out to ensure compliance with these standards. The company is also emphasizing Customer Satisfaction through addressing the feedback form and complaints to improve the quality of the products. 

The audit team confirmed that the Integration of QMS, EMS & OHSMS is well coordinated across all departments of the company defined in the scope of certification. The company is continuously improving its daily operations and compliance with international standards. The auditors recommend the grant of certificates in accordance with BIS certification procedures.
