On 25-27 March 2025, Combine Stage lI Audit for Integrated Management System as per IS/ISO 9001:2015, IS/ISO 14001: 2015 & 45001:2018 at Palya Footwear Private Limited, Vapi, Gujarat.
The main objective of this Stage II audit is to determine how well the integration of QMS, EMS and OHSMS is being implemented in day-to-day operations.
During the stage II audit, the audit team visited all the departments of the company to verify whether the processes described in the IMS Manual are really being implemented. The audit team even confirmed the awareness of quality, environmental practices and safety by taking the employees of the company.
During this audit, the IMS Manual, Policies, Procedures and Processes are actually implemented effectively in daily operations. Risk mitigation as per IS/ISO 9001:2015, aspect impact as per IS/ISO 14001:2015, hazard identified and risk analysis as per IS/ISO 45001:2018 is conducted on a regular basis and maintaining the records as well. Evidence of training, previous internal audit, management review and corrective actions is also maintained in the company.
The audit team confirmed that the Integration of QMS, EMS & OHSMS is well coordinated across all departments of the company defined in the scope of certification. The company is continuously improving its daily operations and compliance with international standards. The auditors recommend the grant of certificates in accordance with the BIS certification
procedures.
The certificate of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System & Occupational Health and Safety Management System indicates compliance with quality, customer satisfaction & continuous improvement, environmental guidance and the safety of employees within the organization as per the internationally recognized standards.
